Dodd Research Center and Homer Babbidge Library.\u00a0 Below is a list of exhibitions and events coming your way. \u00a0<em>All are free and open to the public<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Flight by Force or Free Will<\/strong> (exhibition)<br \/>\nOn view: 1 January &#8211; 26 February, 2016<br \/>\nGallery: Thomas J. Dodd Research Center Gallery, UConn<br \/>\nCurator: Graham Stinnett, Archivist for Human Rights and Alternative Press Collections<\/p>\n<p>Migration has occurred throughout human history.\u00a0 The fluctuations of population from one geographic location to the next has occurred in times of tragedy, opportunity and emergency; by flight, by force and free will. \u00a0This exhibition highlights selections from Archives &amp; Special Collections about expressions of displacement, forced migration, coercive settlement, asylum under the state and the globalization of refuge-seeking. \u00a0Prints, illustrations, pamphlets, artists books, multimedia, and photographs\u00a0from the\u00a0Human Rights Internet Collection,\u00a0Mia Farrow Collection,\u00a0University of Connecticut Films Collection,\u00a0International Rescue Committee, (Central America) Records, Eric Reeves Papers, and\u00a0Artist\u2019s Book Collection, are represented.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201c<strong>Of Mice and Men: Emerging Infectious Disease in a Warmer, More Fragmented World<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0<\/em>(Lecture, <a href=\"http:\/\/doddcenter.uconn.edu\/asc\/events\/teale\/teale.htm\">Teale Lecture Series<\/a>)<br \/>\nDate: 4 February 2016, 4:00 PM<br \/>\nLocation: Konover Auditorium, Thomas J.
