If the service you select from the menu requires one, you will be prompted, and your log in will take you directly to the form needed for your request.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>For books and videos, why should I go to the Virtual Catalog or WorldCat before using the book form?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 The Virtual Catalog allows you to bypass the DD-ILL staff and place a request for a title directly from a lending library. As a result, you obtain the title much faster. <em><br \/>\n(Book requests only)<\/em><br \/>\n\u00b7 WorldCat offers you direct access to more than 16,000 libraries while allowing you to request books, DVDs, musical scores, etc. Also, because using WorldCat requires less intermediate handling, it too can often get you what you need more quickly.<\/p>\n<p>We hope that you will find these changes useful!
