Schreiber Reading Room.<\/p>\n<p>Tyler is one of the leading masters in the field of African percussion and dance! She has pioneered the playing of traditional African percussion instruments by women in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>Tyler&#8217;s appearances include: Alice Tully Hall, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Dance Theatre Workshop, La Mama E.T.C., The Michigan Festival. She has toured throughout Europe, Africa, and Korea.
