Steps to restore service is underway.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>UConn staff, students and faculty are encouraged to make their Loan request via  <font color=\"#993366\">WorldCat<\/font> (<a href=\"http:\/\/rdl.lib.uconn.edu\/databases\/947\">http:\/\/rdl.lib.uconn.edu\/databases\/947<\/a>)&gt; for books outside of the UConn system. For books within the UConn Library system, please continue to use the I<font color=\"#993366\">nter Campus Express<\/font>  (ICE) online form. Look for the &#8220;request ice&#8221; tab in the HOMER, library catalog. You will need your NetID to login.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><strong>What is the BLC? <\/strong><br \/>\nThe Virtual Catalog provides a single, searchable        catalog of books owned by participating libraries of the Boston Library        Consortium. Qualified patrons of these libraries may directly request        material from the other participants.
