Service adjustments in greater Stamford will be effective April 29, 2007.<\/p>\n<p>Later evening service on weeknights is being offered on major Stamford area bus routes.\u00a0 <strong>Service on the following routes will operate every hour after 7:00PM with the last trip at 11:10PM or 11:45PM:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>11-Port Chester<br \/>\n13-West Broad Street<br \/>\n31-High Ridge Road<br \/>\n33\/34-Strawberry Hill Avenue\/Hope Street<br \/>\n41-Norwalk<br \/>\n43-Cove Road<\/p>\n<p><strong>Service on the following routes will operate every hour from 7:40PM to 11:45PM:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>21-West Avenue<br \/>\n24\/22-Fairfield Avenue\/Greenwich Avenue<br \/>\n44-Pacific Street<\/p>\n<p>In addition to providing much-needed transportation to and from work, retail and entertainment centers at night, these new trips will also provide connections with the I-BUS White Plains Express, which introduced later evening service six days a week in December 2006, as well as Metro-North trains and local bus service in Port Chester, NY and Norwalk, CT.<\/p>\n<p>Updated timetables are available on buses, at the Sales Outlet at the Stamford Transportation Center and online at <\/font><a href=\"http:\/\/uconnstamfordlibrary.wordpress.com\/wp-includes\/js\/tinymce\/www.cttransit.com\"><u><font size=\"2\" color=\"#0000ff\">www.cttransit.com<\/font><\/u><\/a><font size=\"2\">.<\/font><font size=\"2\">CTTRANSIT is the state-owned bus transit system serving the greater Hartford, New Haven, Stamford, Waterbury, New Britain, Meriden, Bristol and Wallingford areas.
