  1. Hello! My name is Theresa Lerner and I am an MSW student with a Community Org. concentration at the Greater Hartford campus. Some fellow students and I are working on a project that relates to the Dream Act bill at the state level. Part of our project includes a petition to President Hogan that supports the Dream Act. During the next few weeks, we will be collecting signatures from students and faculty and eventually will present this petition to the President. Through Professor Shareen Hertel, we heard about your Human Awareness Week and were wondering if we could set up a table on Saturday, April 4 to encourage UCONN persons to sign the petition.

Please get back to me and let me know if this is a possibility.

    Thank you,

    Theresa Lerner
