Celebrating our 8th year on Campus…. We hope to have a Dodgeball Competition sometime in the month of November. Look for advertisements and sign-ups…. This will be opened to all students/faculty and staff.

Good News!!! Drop in Rates now available!!!
This means you can use the gym for $5 a visit. Just bring cash and we’ll set you up with a temporary locker (used only during the time you work out). Call Kathleen for further details. 203.251.9563
Fall exercise class schedule:

Monday 12:40-1:10pm Kat’s Ab Class- it’s all about the core group of muscles…

Wednesday 12:40-1:40pm Kat’s Power-Up Class—Combo of plyometric, endurance and stretching techniques.

Thursday 4:30-5:45pm Prof. Joe Amato’s Basic Boxing Class—Combines endurance plus boxing combinations with light sparring at the end of class.
