New LexisNexis entries in the Research Database Locator

Some slight changes have been made to searching for the LexisNexis database in our Electronic Resources page (research database locator).

There are now *two* LexisNexis entries, one called LexisNexis News & the other LexisNexis Legal, which link directly either to the News search page or to the Legal Research page.

    1. The News link goes to the Guided News page, with the News Category defaulting to “general news” and the “news source” defaulting to “Major Papers.”
    2. The Legal link goes to the long list of options available in LexisNexis under the “Legal Research” link.

The library is experiencing problems with one of their servers and is currently being worked on by the ITS staff. This problem does affect our website, the library catalog and access to databases (e-resources).

We apologize for the inconvienance.
