UPDATE: The library website is operational.

The UConn Libraries website is currently down. We are looking into the problem and hope to have it back up and running soon. Another alternative to searching for books in the UConn Libraries system is reQuest, the state-wide library catalog.

New External Collection in HOMER – PRLACC Videos
We have added the “Latino and Latin American Film” collection to HOMER. These videos, primarily in dvd format, are held at the Puerto Rican/Latin American Cultural Center and viewed at the Center. To view the list of titles, search HOMER by the collection name (Latino and Latin American Film) as a title.
TextBook BuyBack at the UConn Co-op
It’s Textbook BuyBack time! Thursday, July 5 -Friday, July 13, 2007, the UConn Co-op will be giving 50% for textbooks that they need for Summer II and Fall classes.
Mark your calendar for the next Textbook Buy Back will be the end of Summer II session. Monday August 13- Wednesday August 22, 2007

The JRL library hours are back to their normal 8:00am-9:00pm schedule.

MyHomer and Request Recalls temporarily unavailable
Because of the ID card/ID number switchover, HOMERweb (library catalog) logins to MyHomer and Request Recall will be unavailable on Wednesday morning 5/30/07 from 8-10.
HOMERWEB *WILL* BE AVAILABLE for other functions; searching for library materials will not be interrupted.
Have you gotten your New ID Card Yet?
Beginning May 30th, the UConn Libraries will require the new Husky One Card Photo ID for all library transactions. All money you have on your card and all books you have charged to you in the library will automatically transfer from your old card to the new ID card.
